The main aim of chemotherapy is to kill the cancerous cells and stop them from spreading to the other parts of the body. Lung cancer chemotherapy is given orally and intravenously. Oral chemotherapy includes tablets or capsules that are given to patient after the initial detection of cancer and in intravenously, drugs are combined together and injected in the veins of the patients so that the effect is faster and quick.
