As this treatment will include many toxic drugs it may have few side effects on the body of the patients.

Epoch chemotherapy
Epoch chemotherapy is the mixture of different toxic medicines. These drugs sometimes react with the body and lead to many side effects. The drugs which are included in this treatment are cyclo-phosphamide, Etoposide, prednisone, doxorubicin and doxorubicin. But many doctors feel that epoch chemotherapy is the best way to deal with cancer when the situation gets worse. Epoch chemotherapy can deal very well if the size of the tumors is large, as it helps to reduce the size of the tumor, which can be further removed through surgery without any difficulty. This treatment can be given at home at regular interval as prescribed by the doctor.

Side Effects of Epoch Chemotherapy Treatment
Epoch chemotherapy is used for the treatment of complicated cancer. This treatment is required to inject many toxic drugs in the body of the patient. These medicines may react with the healthy cells present in the body and cause many side effects. Therefore doctor checks whether the patient body is compatible with those drugs. He should also make sure that he/she is not allergic to those toxic drugs. The common side effects found in cancer patients are: hair loss, nausea, depression, loss of appetite etc.
We all have a conception that cancer may be fatal; this statement is not entirely false. But if proper treatment is given to the patient, cancer can be eradicated and he/she can lead a healthy life by Gods grace.

Lung cancer is majorly caused due to smoking and it is very common disease in both men and women. There are some other causes that have lead to lung cancer such as infection in the chest, air pollution, radon gas and asbestos fibers. Lung cancer is a hereditary disease too. The major symptoms of lung cancer include shortening of breadth, rapid loss of weight and continuous pain in the chest. There are other symptoms of lung cancer such as problem in swallowing food and liquid, wheezing, rapid loss of weight, continuous pain in the chest region, fatigue, blood while coughing, pain in the shoulder, weakness of muscles, blood clots, swelling of breast in men, drowsiness, numbness in fingers, dizziness and confusion. Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of death, as compared to other types of cancer.
The treatment of lungcancer includes chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery. It is difficult to perform surgery, so the doctors prefer to go for chemotherapy. The main aim of chemotherapy is to kill the cancerous cells and stop them from spreading to the other parts of the body. Lung cancer chemotherapy is given orally and intravenously. Oral chemotherapy includes tablets or capsules that are given to patient after the initial detection of cancer and in intravenously, drugs are combined together and injected in the veins of the patients so that the effect is faster and quick.
If any of these above mentioned symptoms are noticed, then immediately seek for the help of the doctor and start the treatment procedure; otherwise it would lead to problems in the near future as the cancerous cells may grow and spread at a faster pace.
